Welcome to the lands of the Grove! For ages, it seems, the dragons, canines, and avians have lived their lives, separate from one another. However, all that has changed, and even though conflicts remain within the separate races, between the five, all in peaceful for a time. Prey is plentiful, and seasons come and go without cause for concern. Where your allegiance lies, where you lie in the end, is all up to you; so what are you waiting for? Main Plot For ages, those that inhabit the lands surrounding the Grove have wondered what lies beyond the Great Mountains, but they have never crossed them; they have always doubted if such an act was possible. All too possible, it seems, as another, from beyond the mountains, has come... Bringing trouble. Discuss your ideas for the plot [here]. The Dragon Isles Plot There is a tale long passed down by the dragons... The Great Mountain, located in the Canines' territory of the Mountain's Shadow, was said once to be a volcano. A powerful Clan of dragons was said to live inside it; they terrorized those around the volcano and caused frequent eruptions. However, it is also said that they fell dormant along with the volcano ages ago from unknown causes, when the very trees of the Grove were young. While it is naught but a tale, there have been small earthquakes under the mountain... Rumors are that, whether due to natural causes or not, the volcano, dormant for so long, is awakening... The Canis Valley Plot Lately, prey- and pups- have been mysteriously going missing from the Northern and Central Territories, and they claim that it's the other's fault. The Southern Territories, despite their nature, seem to have no involvement, and the canines of the Northern and Central Territories, too busy snapping at each other's throats, haven't had time to question the fact- so, for the time being, the Southern Pack sits idle.
